SUMMER CERAMIC WEEK for Beginners and Improvers
A mindful and intensive summer ceramic week in our beautiful ceramic studio.
(Open to both beginners and experienced students)
A chance to fully dedicate one week to learning ceramics and to have a special, immersive experience with clay. A focused and meaningful time to create with your hands.

FOR BEGINNERS
We will build a strong and solid foundation step by step, so you can learn the full ceramic-making process — from throwing to trimming and glazing.
FOR INTERMEDIATE STUDENTS
We will explore more advanced techniques and personal projects.
You are also welcome to bring your own ideas, for example a large ramen bowl, a vase, or a teapot — and we will support you in developing them.
WHAT TO EXPECT IN CLASS
Each session includes enough time for practice, guided instruction, and personal feedback.
Our teachers will be closely supporting each of you, helping you improve and grow at your own pace.
Through individual guidance, we will also focus on your personal questions, challenges, and creative direction.
GLAZING SESSION with flexible schedule
After this intensive week, your pieces will be carefully dried for about one week and then fired in the kiln for around five days.
This means you will be able to join the glazing sessions approximately two weeks later.
The glazing session is flexible — you can choose a time that works for you and join our studio glazing sessions at your convenience. We will share the available schedule separately.
