Stornierungsbedingungen & Widerrufsrecht für Workshop-Buchungen

1. Kein Widerrufsrecht Da es sich bei unseren Keramik-Workshops um Dienstleistungen handelt, die zu einem spezifischen Termin gebucht werden, besteht gemäß § 312g Abs. 2 Nr. 9 BGB kein gesetzliches Widerrufsrecht. Eine klassische Rückgabe oder stornofreie Rückerstattung ist daher nach der Buchung ausgeschlossen.

2. Stornierung und Rückerstattung Solltest du an deinem gebuchten Workshop nicht teilnehmen können, gelten folgende Stornierungsbedingungen:

  • Bis zu 14 Tage vor Kursbeginn: 100 % Rückerstattung der Kursgebühr.
  • 7 bis 13 Tage vor Kursbeginn: 50 % Rückerstattung der Kursgebühr.
  • Weniger als 7 Tage vor Kursbeginn: Leider ist keine Rückerstattung mehr möglich.

3. Übertragbarkeit (Weitergabe an Dritte) Falls du spontan verhindert bist, kannst du deinen Platz jederzeit ohne zusätzliche Kosten an eine andere Person übergeben. Bitte gib uns in diesem Fall einfach kurz per E-Mail Bescheid (Name und E-Mail-Adresse der Ersatzperson).

Cancellation Policy & Right of Withdrawal for Workshop Bookings

1. No Right of Withdrawal Since our ceramics workshops are services booked for a specific date and time, there is no statutory right of withdrawal in accordance with Section 312g (2) No. 9 of the German Civil Code (BGB). Therefore, traditional returns or hassle-free refunds are excluded once a booking is completed.

2. Cancellations and Refunds If you are unable to attend your booked workshop, the following cancellation policy applies:

  • Up to 14 days before the start of the course: 100% refund of the course fee.
  • 7 to 13 days before the start of the course: 50% refund of the course fee.
  • Less than 7 days before the start of the course: Unfortunately, no refund can be issued.

3. Transferability (Passing your spot to someone else) If you are unexpectedly unable to attend, you are welcome to pass your spot to another person at any time at no extra cost. In this case, please send us a quick email with the name and email address of the replacement person.
